Pre Australia Day Highlands parkrun

Once a jolly swagman parkrun by a billabong. Gday cobbers, this coming parkrunday, is the closest to Australia Day. So get out your Australiana, and wear it to parkrun this Saturday morning, to make sure it’s all in working order for Australia Day on Tuesday.

Find your green and gold, your akubras, your Aussie flags, boxing kangaroos, Aussie team jerseys, bonds singlets, stubbie shorts, thongs (not really, makes parkrunning difficult), cork hats, zinc cream on your nose, anything you can find to celebrate Australia Day.

Join us all, first timers, tourists, regulars, and our fair dinkum legendary volunteers, at highlands parkrun pier in front of the waterside cafe @ 7:50am, for an 8:00am kick off.
